Live-In Caregiver for Elderly Must Have Caregiver Certification

This job requires you to be able to care for the Elderly in a compassionate and loving way. Must have the following: Arizona caregiver certificate, first aid and CPR training, a current TB test, Arizona fingerprint clearance card, and your food handlers card. Even if you are a CNA, you MUST have an Arizona caregiver certificate.

Shift Duration is 3.5 days from Sunday at 8 am to Wednesday at 8 pm. During the night, you are able to sleep and only wake up as needed. There is down time during the day to study if needed.

We provide a dedicated, private suite designed for comfort and professional boundaries. This includes a well-maintained living and sleeping area with a private bathroom and shower (available at select locations). Our homes are held to the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance to ensure a premium environment for both residents and staff.

You will be working with wonderful, funny residents as a live-in caregiver in our assisted living home. You will be required to do some cooking, cleaning, bathing and giving medication to the residents. The medication is already packaged so it is very simple.
