Responsibilities
- Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting
- Prepare meals and follow dietary needs
- Keep a clean, safe living environment
- Follow individualized care plans
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Document daily care and communicate with family/healthcare teams
Qualifications
- Experience in home care, assisted living, or group homes
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility for live-in scheduling
