Grandma Joans LLC is a private search firm that specializes in helping families find the best live-in care candidates for their specific needs, to contract privately with as their household employee.
They specialize in recruiting and screening traveling CNAs who are willing to relocate anywhere across the USA to move-in with one of their clients.
All pay rates, services, and schedules are determined between the household employer and the employee.
To work for one of their clients, you must be legal to work and willing to be paid by a W2 employee paycheck with your taxes withheld for you. Their clients are private families, not companies or agencies. The household employer negotiates the specific requirements of the employment agreement with you.
Grandma Joan is not a “co-employer” with the family. They don’t hire or employ any live-in caregivers. They represent families as their private 3rd party recruiters.
