Live-In Caregiver at In Angel Arms
You will provide compassionate, consistent, and personalized care in one of our beautiful residential homes (Hopi House, Zak House, or Graham House). This live-in role includes private bedroom quarters, meals, and utilities, allowing you to focus completely on our residents. Scrubs are mandatory and provided via reimbursement.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum Experience: Must have at least 3 years of experience as a live-in caregiver.
- Training: Must have documented training in fall prevention and recovery.
- Memory Care Certification: Must obtain the required memory care training certification within 30 days of hire (8-hour initial training required by R9-10-818).
- Arizona Regulatory Compliance: Must meet all state requirements, including:
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card (must be clear on initial hire and renewed/re-checked every 4 months).
- Annual 2-Step TB Test (with a 30-day reminder for renewal).
- Current First Aid/CPR certification.
- CEUs (must complete \geq 12 hours/year).
Competitive Compensation & Growth:
We offer a clear path to high-level pay:
- Start Rate: $4,000 per month
- After 90 Days: $4,200 per month
- After 6 Months: $4,500 per month (Top Caregiver Pay)
- After 1 Year: $5,000 per month (Begins Manager Designee Training)
- After 2 Years: $5,000 - $6,000 per month (Guaranteed Training to Become an Assisted Living Homeowner)
