- Provide direct support to clients with dementia.

- Support individuals with long-term care needs
- Lift and transfer patients as needed for mobility assistance

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in dementia care, direct support, and caregiving
- Familiarity with hospice care practices and patient care techniques
