This position is designated for a male caregiver under a Bona Fide Occupational Qualification (BFOQ). The client requires hands-on assistance with intimate personal care, including bathing, toileting, and showering. Due to the client’s specific preferences related to modesty and their individual medical/physical condition, a male caregiver is essential to ensuring the client’s comfort, dignity, and well‑being.
What Is Private Duty 24/7 Care?
Private duty 24/7 care involves providing non-medical, personalized assistance to clients who require constant supervision and support. This includes help with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility assistance, companionship, and more. Unlike facility-based care, this service is delivered in the client’s home, allowing them to maintain independence in a familiar environment.
Because the care is continuous, it requires a team of caregivers working in coordinated shifts—typically 8- or 12-hour blocks—to ensure seamless coverage. Each caregiver plays a vital role in maintaining consistency, building trust, and responding to the evolving needs of the client.

Caregiver Requirements
To ensure the highest standard of care for our clients, we ask that applicants meet the following criteria:
- Willingness to Travel: Must be able to commute to client homes within the service area.
- Experience Preferred: Prior experience in home care or a skilled nursing facility is valued but not required—training is available.
- Background Screening: Must successfully pass a national and multi-jurisdictional background check, DMV check, and TB screening.
