Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Live-In Caregiver to provide exceptional support and care for a senior requiring assistance with daily activities. This vital role involves creating a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment, ensuring the well-being of the resident while promoting independence and dignity. Responsibilities

Assist senior with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs),sometimes including dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to track health status accurately
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
Conduct patient observation to identify changes in health or behavior, reporting concerns promptly to healthcare professionals
Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing

Qualifications

Proven experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing home environments, or group homes
Knowledge of patient care techniques including assisting with ADLs, medication administration, and patient monitoring
Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, and HIPAA compliance are highly desirable
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer’s/dementia care, memory care needs or autism is preferred
Strong observational skills for patient safety and health monitoring
Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills to foster trust and rapport with seniors.
