As a trusted care provider in the Greater West Houston area, we are expanding our services and are seeking a dedicated live-in caregiver to support a prospective client in the Southwest Houston area.

Position Overview

We are preparing to staff a live-in, one-on-one care case in the Southwest Houston Area. This role is ideal for caregivers seeking a consistent schedule with built-in rest time.

Location

Greater West Houston
Current Need: Southwest Houston, TX

Schedule

Live-in caregiver position
Rotating schedule: 3 days on / 4 days off
6 hours of uninterrupted sleep guaranteed
- Caregiver will be provided with their own private room

Type of Care

One-on-One Care

Responsibilities

Follow a care plan outlined by a supervisor to assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication reminders, housekeeping, and companionship.
Monitor and observe the client’s overall well-being and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.
Assist with errands or transportation as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
Follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a clean and secure environment.
Communicate effectively with the client, family members, and supervisors to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements

Prior caregiving experience preferred (senior care experience is a plus).
CNA certification is ideal but not required.
Ability to pass a background check and reference check.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassion, patience, and empathy when working with elderly clients.
Willingness to work a live-in schedule.
