We are hiring two compassionate and reliable caregivers (one to live-in and another relief position) to support a senior woman in her home. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a stable, long-term care plan that emphasizes dignity, consistency, and a peaceful home environment.
About the Client:
The client is a kind and independent senior woman who lives alone and requires 24/7 support. Care needs include medication reminders, companionship, light household duties, and help coordinating any additional services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate daily care and supervision.
- Assist with medication reminders and wellness routines.
- Support daily living needs and provide companionship.
- Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a clean, organized home.
- Home Management
- Communicate clearly with family and other caregivers.
- Foster a warm, respectful, and calm home environment.
Ideal Candidates:
- Have professional experience in caregiving, home health, or similar roles (CNA a plus).
- Trustworthy, warm, and respectful.
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- Are organized, proactive, and interested in a stable, long-term position.
- Have availability to cover daytime, weekend, and 24-hour shifts on a flexible or rotating schedule.
Pay:
- Pay is $18-24/hour, depending on experience for hourly.
- Live-In position: compensation will be by agreement and depend on a number of factors.
