Qualifications:
- Valid HHA or PCA certificate
- Valid photo ID and Social Security #
- A recent physical exam (within the last 12 months) including PPD/QuantiFERON and Rubella/Rubeola titers.
- 2 doses of the Covid vaccine (optional)
- Happy and willing to provide care
- Ability to care for patients
- Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields is a plus
