LIVE-IN MATURE CAREGIVER – Personal Care Home (Up to 6 Residents)

We are seeking a mature, dependable LIVE-IN caregiver for a small, licensed Personal Care Home in Gwinnett County. This position is ideal for someone with strong senior care experience who prefers a stable live-in schedule and enjoys providing quality care in a calm, home-like environment.
This is a live-in position and is NOT an hourly paid role.
This is a long-term position caring for up to 6 residents.
Position Details
- Title: Live-In Caregiver
- Schedule: Rotating live-in schedule – one week on / one week off
- Residents: Care for up to 6 residents
- Location: Gwinnett County, GA
Pay & Living Arrangements
- Pay: $1,000 – $1,100 per week (based on experience)
- Pay Structure: Weekly flat rate – this is NOT an hourly position
- Includes: Private sleeping space while on duty
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders/assistance as permitted
- Monitor residents and report any changes
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful home environment
- Overnight supervision and on-site presence
REQUIRED Qualifications (Please Read Carefully)
- Mature, responsible, and dependable
- Prior senior caregiving experience required
- Comfortable working in a live-in role
- Able to manage care for up to 6 residents
- Must pass background and reference checks
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Physically able to assist with resident care
