We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities by assisting them with daily activities and personal care. Duties
- Assist client with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
- Provide memory care support to individuals experiencing cognitive challenges.
- Help with meal preparation, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
- Launder clothing and linens as needed to maintain a clean living environment.
- Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments or community activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe home environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Document client progress and report any changes in health or behavior to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in home health, senior care is required.
- Knowledge of memory care
- Ability to perform basic household tasks including cleaning and laundry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $295.00 - $300.00 per day
