Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and companionship to seniors, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions according to care plans.
- Prepare meals, help with feeding, and manage dietary needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for clients.
- Communicate regularly with family members and healthcare professionals regarding client’s condition and needs.
- Respond promptly and calmly to emergencies or urgent situations.
Requirements
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required.
- Previous experience in senior caregiving preferred.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to live on-site and provide 24-hour care as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation a plus.
- Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
