Are you a compassionate individual who thrives in a close-knit environment?
Do you possess a heart for ensuring seniors receive exceptional care in the comfort of their own homes?
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Offer companionship and engage clients in conversation and activities
Prepare nutritious and delicious meals, catering to preferences and ensuring proper dietary needs are met.
Maintain a safe and clean environment through light housekeeping tasks.
Be a trusted partner, offering emotional support and promoting a sense of well-being.
Observe and report any changes in the client's condition, behavior, or environment to the care team.
Uphold the highest standards of care by adhering to all company policies and state regulations.
High school diploma or equivalent (a caring heart is a big plus!)
A compassionate and patient spirit with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Previous Caregiver Experience
The ability to safely assist clients with mobility and transfers (lifting up to 25 lbs)
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
