As a Care Professional on our team, you will provide one-on-one assistance to clients in the comfort of their own homes. In this role, you will provide exceptional in-home and companion experiences and fulfill the personalized care plan and brighten up their days.

Job Responsibilities:
- Live with client 5-7 consecutive days a week
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, transportation, ambulation and transfers.
- Personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care all while focusing on safety and fall prevention.
- Positive, friendly and compassionate companionship
- Maintain a clean and organized living space
- Medical and appointment management
- Friendly family and Client interaction
- Must live in the residence, and be available for overnight support as needed
- Medication reminders, monitoring mediations and refill as needed
- Daily documentation on client health, well being, and activities
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License, automobile insurance and reliable transportation
- Must pose a clean Motor Vehicle report
- Pass Criminal Background Investigation (s)
- Test negative on Drug Test (s)
- Experience in caregiving or a related field.
