Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Caregiver to provide exceptional in-home care for individuals requiring assistance with daily activities and health management. Duties
- Provide comprehensive assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, managing medication administration, and documenting medical records accurately using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Assist with specialized care needs such as Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, memory care, hospice support, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities
- Operate medical equipment like Hoyer lifts, catheters, and other assistive devices safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring infection control protocols are followed in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Support patients during emergencies by executing CPR when necessary and understanding medical terminology for effective communication with healthcare professionals
- Document all patient interactions and medical information meticulously to ensure continuity of care and compliance with healthcare standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior care, home health, assisted living or long-term care environments
- Knowledge of medical terminology, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and medical documentation practices
- Certifications such as CPR/AED are required; additional certifications like hospice care or catheter care are a plus
- Experience working with the elderly is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently in a live-in setting while maintaining professionalism and compassion
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and family members

Pay: $1,889.58 per week
