Park Home Care is a leading Medicaid waiver home health care agency dedicated to providing personal care services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
We are currently hiring with high priority in Pasco County — including New Port Richey, Port Richey, Holiday, Hudson, Land O’ Lakes, Wesley Chapel, Dade City, Zephyrhills, and surrounding areas.
We also provide services in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Manatee Counties.
Position: Live-In Caregiver
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $220.00 per day + private bedroom provided
This is a live-in position providing 24/7 care in a residential home setting to support an individual in maintaining independence and quality of life.
Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated individual to join our team as Live-In Caregiver. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
The caregiver will reside in the home with the individual, ensuring continuous support and assistance while fostering a safe, nurturing environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide medication reminders and support with medication management
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying up common areas)
- Accompany clients to appointments or community outings as needed
- Monitor and report any changes in the client’s health, behavior, or environment to the supervisor
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and community engagement
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in personal or professional caregiving (preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a Level II background check and Livescan fingerprinting
- Willingness to live in the home and provide consistent 24/7 support as scheduled
