We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Caregiver to provide exceptional in-home care for 87 year old male with some memory loss. One dog present in the home. driving is a bonus. As a Live-In Caregiver,
Duties
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
- Monitor and record vital signs, medication administration, and changes in health status following HIPAA guidelines for confidentiality
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and social engagement
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding as necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning, laundry, and organization of living spaces
Experience
- Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, group homes, or home health environments is highly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of patient care techniques including medication management, vital signs monitoring, and emergency response procedures such as CPR and first aid
- Familiarity with creating and following personalized care plans aligned with healthcare standards and regulations
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when required for resident transfers or mobility assistance
- Proven ability to work compassionately with seniors or individuals with disabilities while maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA regulations
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams, family members

Pay: $1,500.00 - $1,800.00 per week
