Position Details:
- Assist with personal care such as dressing, bathing, eating and grooming
- You will live with the client until they end care.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLS)
- Assist client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care. Report any changes you observed to office and nurse.
- Assist with light housekeeping such as laundry, meal preparation, and keeping clients home neat and tidy.
- Must be okay with pets
- Driver preferred

Caregiver Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, twist, push and pull. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening
