We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Caregiver to provide exceptional in-home support for individuals requiring assistance with daily activities and medical needs. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing and grooming.
- Monitor residents’ health by observing vital signs, medication administration, and overall patient condition, ensuring adherence to care plans
- Transport individuals living in the home for emergency care if needed and for SCC activities.
- Provide SCC to other individuals are not living in the home. (only on Wed & Thurs)
- Assist with meal preparation, ensuring nutritional needs are met and dietary restrictions are followed
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities, observations, and medication records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning living spaces to promote a safe and hygienic environment
- Collaborate with management team to develop and implement personalized care plans that address individual health goals
- Sending incident reports on an as-occurrence basis
Skills
- Certifications for CPR, First Aid, and QMAP are required
- Proven experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group home settings with a focus on disability care
- Strong knowledge of patient observation techniques, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and HIPAA compliance
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely, physically capable of assisting residents with mobility needs
- Excellent communication skills for working with residents with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorder
- Experience working with people with disabilities or in long-term care environments demonstrating patience and empathy
- Familiarity with care plans development and social work principles related to disability support
- Ability to work independently in a live-in setting while maintaining professionalism and compassion

Pay: $130.00 - $150.00 per day
