About Us:
Inclusive Homes is a small Adult Family Home located in Roberts, WI. We provide daily care and support for adults in a safe and relaxed home environment. Roberts is a quiet, small town near Hudson and within driving distance of the Twin Cities, offering a peaceful setting while still being close to metro amenities.
We are currently looking for an experienced, dependable live in caregiver to join our team.
Position Overview:
This is a 24/7 live in salaried position with free private living accommodation providing consistent care and support in a residential setting. At most, you would be caring for two easy going residents at one time, allowing you to provide focused, individualized care without high patient ratios.
The position includes private on site accommodations and strong benefits, making it a high value opportunity for the right candidate. Three days off per month will be provided for relief coverage, along with additional scheduled time off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, bathing, transferring, and mobility
- Support medication reminders or administration per care plans
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and structured daily support
- Monitor residents’ well being and report any changes
- Complete required documentation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized home environment
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum 6 months of hands on caregiving experience required
- Ability to complete a background check, TB test, and required training
- Dependable, patient, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- $4,000 – $6,000 monthly salary, based on experience
