Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings, including home, community, assisted living, nursing homes, and group homes. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents by delivering personalized care with professionalism and empathy. Duties
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide patient observation to monitor health status and respond to changing needs
- Assist with medications following care plans and HIPAA guidelines
- Support meal preparation and feeding, ensuring nutritional needs are met
- Perform light cleaning and housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and sanitary environment
- Use specialized equipment for resident transfers and mobility assistance a plus
- Record vital signs, patient monitoring data, and other health information accurately. Training provided
- Assist with memory care needs, including dementia and Alzheimer's care strategies
- Support residents with developmental disabilities or autism through personalized care approaches
- Follow established care plans and document all services provided accurately
- Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, including CPR and First Aid procedures
Experience
- Prior experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospice care preferred but NOT required
- Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring long-term care is highly desirable
- Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques and medication administration is advantageous
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards required
- Previous experience with resident's or working with individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's is a plus
- Training or certification in CPR, First Aid, or nursing-related fields is beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to work compassionately with diverse populations including those with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs

Pay: $2,300.00 - $4,203.44 per month
