Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. This role is crucial for enhancing the quality of life for our client by assisting her with daily activities and ensuring her safety and well-being. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in patient care, experience working with diverse populations, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Duties
- Assist client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including medication reminders, meal preparation, and transportation.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning based on dietary needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment through light housekeeping tasks.
- Observe and report changes in client conditions or behaviors to client's guardian
- Engage client in meaningful activities that promote her social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Collaborate with guardian and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in caregiving with seniors
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate
- Familiarity with cleaning protocols and maintaining hygiene standards in a caregiving environment.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life

Pay: $200.00 - $250.00 per day
