Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the home setting
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication as prescribed by the healthcare team
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nurse or healthcare provider
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing the patient's living space
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or home health aide role preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures
- Knowledge of memory care techniques for patients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease
- Experience with tube feeding, catheter care, and other specialized care procedures
- Understanding of hospice care principles and practices

Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and medication administration
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently while adhering to established care plans and protocols
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems or other healthcare documentation systems

Pay: $217.00 - $240.00 per day
